1. How many ounces are in each bundle? 
   3.5-4.0oz 

2. Can I return or exchange hair? 
   Unfortunately, no. Due to the nature of the item sold we cannot  offer returns or exchanges. Please double check hair texture and length  prior to check out.  

3. How long does Natasha’s Hairport hair last? 
   2-4 years with proper care and regular maintenance   

4. Can NH hair be colored, bleached or dyed? 
   Yes. Please seek professional assistance to avoid over processing  which can damage the hair. Over processing can negatively affect the life  span of the hair. 

5. What is the average time frame for shipping? 
    Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding Sunday)

6. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes. Extra shipping fee will apply. Please contact NH via email  

7. Does NH hair shed or tangle? 
   All hair naturally sheds, even your own. Shedding is very minimal  and will not effect the hair life span. NH does not tangle; you can freely  run your fingers through the hair with no snags.
